Dreams are the language of the soul, expressing the desires and aspirations that it’s always longed for. Blooming in the darkness, untouched by any rule or parameters, it makes you realise the endless possibilities of your passion. Dreams connect you with your soul- beautifully, haunting you, yet they are wild, raw, existing without anyone’s permission. They aren’t attached to status, wealth, or position. It simply becomes a part of your identity that scratches your imagination. They are the blueprint of revolution, art, love, and history. A reflection of what makes you unique. Dreams are not a sign of weakness but of strength, hope, and our ability to be daring.

What you see in the dark, and as the light comes your way, it flies away.

With watered eyes, I dreamed. I painted my canvas with it.

As the vision was formed, it was battered, ruined and thrown away just like that.

I wonder why people tell us that dreams are too big and that they should match our status in society.

If only art were restricted to it and if only our brains weren’t that humane enough to feel emotions, then history wouldn’t have seen the greatest that changed society and the discourse of events.

The greatest wouldn’t have been of passion, or felt even after centuries later. None would have even made us feel hope.

If only dreams could have been seen or heard, we would have known how different, complex, and beautiful we all are.

Conclusion

Dreams fade because the world doesn’t seem to accept them. We are told to shrink because society expects us to shrink and fit into the boxes that seem to govern us. Though the greatest stories ever told were written by those who never fit in. Dreams are powerful. Those who dare to dream seem to conquer the world by their art because in it lies strength. Dreams are made out of a stubborn heart that wishes to rebel. They highlight our complexity, emotion, and memory. The ones who protect their dreams despite their failures and doubts are the ones who reshape the world for us. And, trust me, we all have that in us.
