This Hindi love poem describes the love and affection between two people and the desire to stay close to each other no matter what. The language of love may change but the emotions always stay strong.
Din ajeeb, aur sham naraz,
Kehne ki to kayi baatein hai dil main,
Fir bhi lab nirash,
Ruthe to ho tum kahi,
Bas kahi na ye bat,
Tumhare sath itna waqt guzar Jane ke badh,
Janli maine ye bat,
Na mile koi mauka bat karne ka,
To na sahi,
Kahi na kahi tum fir bhi ho mere karib…
Thoda bahut janti hu tumhe,
Ab pehchanne bhi lagi hu,
Kitna pyar karte ho tum mujhse,
Ye dusro ko batane bhi lagi hu,
Kar diya maine kahi na kahi khudko tumhare hawale,
Magar fir bhi tumhe pareshan karne lagi hu…
Naya daur hai mere samne,
Naya rasta hai tumhare samne,
Zarurat to nahi mujhe tumhari,
Talab tumhari zarur hai…
Kabhi hath na ho tumhara mere hath main,
Magar ye vishwas zarur hai,
Mere ho tum, aur main tumhari,
Raste ho chahe alag,
Magar manzil hamari ek hai,
Sath rehna hai hame,
Aur sath rahenge bhi,
Chaha hai ek dusre ko,
Sath jiyenge bhi,
Zarurat to nahi mujhe tumhari,
Talab tumhari zarur hai ….
Kayi naye log aayenge hamari zindagi main,
Kayi naye afsana banenge,
Kayi nayi kahaniya,
Magar purana na hoga sath hamara,
Mitega nahi pyar hamara,
Main to ache se janti hu ye,
Socha tumhe bhi bata du,
Zarurat nahi, chahat ho tum meri,
Talab hai tumhe pane ki,
Tum mai kho Jane ki,
Bas tumhe apna banane ki…..
